We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Before You Return

Please contact us first before returning any item. We may be able to resolve the issue without a return and save you time and postage costs.

Contact us:

Reporting Faults

  • Faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt

  • Damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours

  • We'll assess the issue and advise on next steps

Returns Process

  1. Contact us first (see above)

  2. We'll provide return instructions

  3. Send the item back to us

  4. We'll inspect and assess the fault

  5. If fault confirmed, we'll issue a refund

Important: Do NOT return items without contacting us first.

Return Postage

  • Buyer pays return postage (unless fault is our error)

  • If you use a pre-paid return label, you'll be charged for this cost

  • Keep your proof of postage

Guarantee & Refunds

  • Most products carry a 30-day guarantee

  • Guarantee covers manufacturing faults only

  • Guarantee does NOT cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse or damage

    • Lack of care

    • Modifications

  • If no fault is found upon inspection, we cannot offer a refund on return costs

  • You'll be liable for return postage costs
