Free tracked delivery on every order
Postage is included in all our prices. Every order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you can follow it to your door.

Dispatch: orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

Delivery: Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day after dispatch. You'll get your tracking number by email. At Christmas, Royal Mail can take a little longer, so please order early. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Problems: if your parcel hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, email help@phoenix-rc-toys.co.uk and we'll sort it out with Royal Mail.
